When women gather in circles, magic happens.
And when we invite in the support of our loving lineages, together, we amplify our magic exponentially.
Our ancestors have been gathering around fires to share wisdom, songs, and stories since time began. Now we connect around the virtual fire, across time and space, to reignite the ancient practice of ancestral connection and reverence.
Ancestral healing unfolds beautifully in individual sessions, and this work is also meant to be done in community. All around the world there are ancestral healing circles forming as people remember their roots.
Group work allows us to learn from each other and share our experiences, to witness and to be witnessed in our healing, transformation, and reconnection with our people. And this is a more affordable option than 1:1 sessions.
We’ll move through the lineage repair process (with one line) in ritual space with safety, intention, and confidentiality. There will be plenty of time for sharing and connection. And singing!
If you’ve never done ancestor work, this is a great place to start. If you've already dived in, this is a wonderful way to go deeper. All who identify as women are warmly welcome to join.

When we heal our lineages, we awaken the magic that lives within our blood and bones.
What we'll be exploring:

Connecting with elder ancestors who can act as guides for healing one of your lineages

The gifts and challenges of your lineages, and how those live within you

The cultural shifts that caused disruptions, and what the medicines are to heal the harm

How patriarchal and supremacist currents impacted your ancestors and are showing up for you
-
Identifying your unique magic that you are here to share with the world in this lifetime

Listening to wisdom about how to stay grounded through the upheavals of the world

Understanding the ways that your lineage is connected to the sacred, to the elements, to the earth
Ancestral healing is intuitive, sacred work and is held as a time of ritual and reverence, with song, drumming, and grounded, trauma-informed facilitation.
Here’s what’s included:

One initial 1:1 session before the circle begins

Ancestral songs playlists, resources and inspiration via email between sessions
To create a strong container for healing, participants are asked to attend the entire series as much as possible.
Cost: $250 - $150 sliding scale (comes to $40 - $25 per group session + 1:1 session included)
As we witness toxic culture self-destruct, our ancestors speak to us from across the veil of a new and ancient world rooted in the sacred feminine. We are co-creating this future in partnership with our lineages.

Kathryn's calm, inviting and warm presence allows me to sink in, dive deep and access my ancestral lineage in a way that I never thought was possible. She has a deep commitment to and understanding of this work, which makes her both knowledgeable and credible (especially to someone like me who had no idea this work existed).
What struck me most about Kathryn's skills was her ability to take anything I shared, and navigate, pivot, question or pause in order to help me deepen into the experience.
